Direct Let (UK) was the brainchild of managing director Elizabeth McGing. With her vast knowledge and fifteen years’ experience within the lettings industry, Elizabeth spent three years developing and perfecting a bespoke letting business that landlords and tenants would use.

The name Direct Let says it all. To create a direct link between landlords and tenants whereby speed of service and quality of property allowed all parties to build a trustful relationship from day one.

Elizabeth always believed that franchising was the way forward. Landlords would be happy in the knowledge that local, enthusiastic individuals on the ground coupled with the backup and support of a national company offered the best all round package.

We keep our overheads low. We don't believe that landlords should pay excessive fees. Approx' 90% of potential tenants search the internet for properties to let. This process enables the tenant to search and identify properties a lot quicker and smarter; our bespoke website even allows landlords to upload and self list their properties. Our agentson the ground work flexible hours this ensures tenants in our managed properties receive a better service. Where possible we have developed links and relationshipswith service providers in the property industry. This enables our landlords and tenants the benefit of competitive rates for furniture, insurance, maintenance, finance and professional services.
